Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes live chat for one website and one agent, the mobile app and 30 days of chat history — free forever, no card required. Upgrade only when you need more.

How do I install it?

After signing up, copy the short code snippet from your dashboard and paste it into your website just before the closing </body> tag. The chat bubble appears immediately. Most people are done in under 2 minutes.

Does it work on WordPress, Shopify or Wix?

Yes. KonvoChat works on any site where you can add a script: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Blogger and custom-built sites. The dashboard includes step-by-step guides for each.

Can I pay with Mobile Money?

Yes. You can pay with MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or a Visa/Mastercard card. Prices are in USD and we show an FCFA estimate so you know what to expect.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing breaks. If you don't choose a paid plan, your account simply moves to the Free plan. Your chat keeps working on your site and your conversations are kept according to the Free plan's history limit.

Is my data safe?

Can I use my own logo and colors?

Absolutely. Choose your brand color, upload your logo, write your own welcome message and pick English or French. On the Business plan you can also remove the KonvoChat branding.

Do I need to be online 24/7?
