KonvoChatTerms of Service

1. The service
KonvoChat lets businesses chat with visitors of their websites, with optional AI replies. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your organization.
2. Your account
Keep your password safe and make sure your team members follow these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content of your conversations.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use KonvoChat for spam, scams, phishing, harassment, illegal content, impersonating others, or collecting payment or login details under false pretenses. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or receive credible abuse reports, with or without notice.
4. Plans and payments
- The Free plan is free with limited features. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed in US dollars per month or per year. Mobile Money payments are charged in FCFA at the rate shown at checkout.
- Paid plans do not renew automatically: you pay for each period. We email you before the period ends. If you do not renew, your account moves to the Free plan after a short grace period; your data is kept.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
5. AI assistant
AI replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review your knowledge base and instructions; you are responsible for answers given to your visitors.
6. Availability
We work to keep KonvoChat available and secure but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
8. Termination
You can stop using KonvoChat at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend the service as described above.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
